Resurrected Phoenix is designed to serve those who can’t find hope, trust, or love in their lives or themselves.
To reach self-love, you need a spiritual, physical, and emotional connection with yourself.
Resurrected Phoenix is built upon four pillars to help you do so:
Ask yourself, what do you have already? Gratitude is the first step to self-esteem. When you look around, you’ll see you have a lot of simple things to already be thankful for.

Create a map. Know what tools you need to get to that destination. What does the treasure look like when you get there?
Week 1Spiritual Connection
Finding Purpose. Reconnecting with God or draw closer. Forgiving yourself.
Week 2Physical Connection
Accept who you see. Make healthier choices. Noticing your body and the functions.
Week 3Emotional Connection
Learn how to stop the emotional spiraling. How to care for yourself. Feel your feelings.
Week 4Working with Emotions and Thoughts
Noticing disruptive emotions and thoughts, pausing them, and understanding where they are coming from.
Week 5Talking to yourself
How to work out the disruptive emotions and thoughts and be able to speak to yourself kinder.
Week 6Gratitude
Find things to be grateful for. Showing you blessing in your life. Showing you are much stronger than you think.
Week 7Forgiveness
How to work through forgiving yourself and others. So your past and others no longer have a hold on you.
Week 8Support
You will find those who support you with friends and family.
Week 9Self Reliance
Showing yourself, you can do it. Show your strengths and make a plan on how you will move forward and continue to grow.
